- Primero. Negar la solicitud de ampliacion del plazo para el cumplimiento de las ordenes de proteccion decretadas la Sentencia T-687 de 2006 y en el Auto 316 de 2008, conforme a lo expuesto en la parte motiva de este auto.
- Segundo. Declarar cumplidas las ordenes de proteccion contenidas en la Sentencia T-687 de 2006 y en el Auto 316 de 2008, en los terminos y condicionamientos expuestos en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Tercero. Notifiquese esta providencia, por conducto del Juzgado 4o Penal Municipal de Villavicencio, a las partes y a la Regional Meta de la Defensoria de Pueblo.
